摘  要:针对某1 000MW汽轮机组发生的动静部分轴向磨损事故,结合低压差胀锥面测量法,对该机组低压转子调端出汽侧动静部分取样后进行详细的分析,并采取了相应的处理方案及后续运行预防措施。结果表明:所提方案具有较好效果和工程应用价值。To deal with the axial rubbing fault occurring between stator and rotor of a 1 000 MW steam turbine unit, a wear analysis was conducted by taking samples from relevant rubbing areas on outlet side of the LP rotor at governing end, based on differential expansion conical surface measurement method, after which corresponding countermeasures were put forward and taken. Results show that the measures proposed are proved to be effective, which have broad prospects in engineering applications.
