摘 要:研究了超细滑石粉等4种浅色填料对丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)耐油密封圈胶料性能的影响;结果表明,胶料均具有适宜的焦烧时间,加入勃姆石会延迟硫化,但效果不太明显;超细滑石粉胶料的扯断伸长率较高,耐油后体积变化率最小;碱性白炭黑胶料的撕裂强度、硬度最大;加入勃姆石能降低胶料的压缩永久变形;碱性白炭黑胶料的综合性能最佳,其拉伸强度、伸长率、撕裂强度及硬度分别为10.34 MPa、240%、19.91 N/mm及70 HA;老化后拉伸强度、伸长率及硬度变化分别为5.6%、-5.4及+5,耐油后体积变化率仅为1.0%,压缩永久变形为37%。The effects of four light-colored fllers such as ultrafne talcum powder on the performance of acrylate rubber (ACM) oil-resistant seal compounds were studied. The results show that the compounds have suitable scorch time. The addition of boehmite will delay the vulcanization, but the effect is not obvious. The ultrafine talc powder compound has higher elongation at break and the volume change rate after oil resistance is the smallest; The alkaline white carbon black compound has the highest tear strength and hardness; The addition of boehmite can reduce the compression set of the compound; The comprehensive properties of the alkaline white carbon black compound are the best, the tensile strength, elongation, tear strength and hardness were 10.34 Mpa, 240%, 19.91 N/mm and 70HA, respectively; The tensile strength, elongation and hardness after aging were 5.6%, -5.4 and +5 respectively; The volume change rate and compression set after oil resistance was respectly 1.0%, 37% .
