摘 要:为探讨辐射对景天科植物的诱变情况,以景天科植物冬美人的叶片为试材,进行了6个^(60)Co-γ射线辐照剂量(0、10、30、50、70、90Gy)的样本试验,钴源剂量率为0.8~1.5Gy·min-1,研究^(60)Co-γ射线辐照对景天科冬美人的诱变作用,确定半致死剂量。结果表明:辐照处理延缓了叶片的出芽;其生根率、发芽率及存活率均与辐照剂量呈负相关性;得到了存活率与辐照剂量间的回归方程为:y=-0.6236x+109.32,F=12.12,R^2=0.7913,计算出叶片辐照的半致死剂量为95.13Gy,建议其它景天科植物的辐照剂量优先选择90~100Gy的范围进行^(60)Co-γ辐照。In order to study the mutagenic effects of radiation on Crassulaceae plants,and offer a bassing for breeding,taking the leaves of Pachyphytum pachyphytoides as test materials,the leaves of Pachyphytum pachyphytoides were irradiated by 5 levels of doses of ^60 Co-γ rays(0(CK),10,30,50,70,90 Gy),dose rate was 0.8-1.5 Gy ·min ^-1 ,the mutagenic effects of 60 Co-γ rays on the leaves of Pachyphytum pachyphytoides were researched,and the medial lethal dose was determined.The results showed that all treatments had significant effects on growth and development of the leaves of Pachyphytum pachyphytoides ,and there were negative correlations between radiation dose and survival rate,rooting rate,and germination rate,regression equation between survival rate and radiation dose was got,and the medial lethal dose of 60 Co-γ on the leaves of ‘ Pachyphytum pachyphytoides ’ was 95.13 Gy.It was recommended that the radiation doses of other Crassulaceae plants preferentially range from 90 to 100 G for ^60 Co-γ irradiation.
