摘 要:用户侧分布式储能接入将对配电网网络损耗产生重要影响。首先从理论上较全面推导分析用户侧分布式储能接入对配电网网络损耗的影响,建立用户侧分布式储能接入配电网后的网络损耗模型,综合考虑了用户侧分布式储能发出的有功功率和无功功率。在此基础上,提出一种用户侧分布式储能的充放电优化运行方法,以削峰填谷和降损为优化目标,基于改进的粒子群优化算法进行求解,对用户侧分布式储能发出的有功功率和无功功率同时进行优化。仿真结果表明,所提方法可有效降低配电网网损,平抑负荷变化和改善配电网电压水平。The distributed energy storage on the user side has a significant impact on the network loss.Firstly,a theoretical analysis of the impact of the distributed storage access on user side on the distribution network loss is carried out,and a network loss model after the distributed energy storage on the user side being connected to the distribution network is established. The effect of active and reactive power is taken into account. An optimized operation method of the distributed energy storage on user side is proposed. The active power loss and the peak load shifting are the objective function.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem. The active power and reactive power generated by distributed energy storage on the user side are optimized. The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the loss of distribution network and it plays a role in stabilizing load variation and improving voltage level in distribution network.
