摘  要:目前国内学者对输电线路电气可靠性能评估尚缺乏系统性的研究,随着特高压线路的建设,线路的可靠性要求越来越高,而外部条件越来越复杂,因此有必要开展可靠度评估。对输电线路电气方面可靠运行的能力进行评估,首先要分析影响输电线路电气可靠性能的各因素,建立各种闪络模型,结合线路的特点推荐采用最小割集法,基于荷载—强度分布干涉模型开展可靠度研究,最后详细研究了线路污秽、覆冰、雷击情况下闪络概率及线路可靠度的计算方法。通过工程实例的计算,对特高压直流线路的可靠度进行评价,并对影响输电线路电气可靠度的气象因素进行了分析,特高压线路的可靠度水平位于一个较高的水平,湿雾天数及其影响范围、覆冰天数、雷暴天数对输电线路电气可靠度存在一定影响,但不会影响输电线路的稳定运行。At present,domestic scholars lack systematic research on the evaluation of electrical reliability of transmission lines. With the construction of ultra-high voltage transmission lines,the reliability requirements of transmission lines are getting higher and higher,and the external conditions are more and more complicated. Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the reliability. In order to evaluate the reliability of electric transmission lines,the factors that influence the electrical reliability of transmission lines should be analyzed firstly to establish various flash models. It is recommended to use the minimum cut set method to combine the characteristics of the line and carry out reliability research based on the load-intensity distribution interference model. Finally,the probability of the flashover and the calculation method of the reliability of the transmission line in the condition of polluting,icing,and lightning are studied. Through the calculation of engineering examples,the reliability of UHVDC lines is evaluated,and the meteorological factors that affect the electrical reliability of transmission lines are analyzed. The reliability level of UHV lines is at a high level. The number of wet fog days and their influence range,ice-covered days and thunderstorm days have certain influence on the electrical reliability of transmission lines,but it will not affect the stable operation of transmission lines.
