摘 要:介绍了提升盛锭筒内孔精度的加工工艺,改进了保证盛锭筒直线度和圆柱度的立式车磨机,研发了新型卧式精磨机降低了内衬内孔的粗糙度,并对95MN盛锭筒内孔的加工参数做了详细的介绍.结果表明:运用改进的车磨机,盛锭筒外套内孔直线度几乎为0 mm,圆柱度达到0. 025 mm;新型卧式精磨机精磨后,内孔光亮如镜面,粗糙度达到Ra 0. 8,降低了盛锭筒出现裂纹的风险,提升盛锭筒内孔精度.This article introduces a processing technology to improve the core accuracy of containers. The Improvement on the vertical lathe mill has been made to ensure the straightness and cylindricity of containers. The new horizontal grinding machine has been developed to reduce the roughness of inner bore. The processing parameters of 95MN container tube borehole are presented in detail. The results show that the straightness of the inner hole of the container is almost 0 mm and the cylindricity is 0.025 mm with using new lathe mill. The inner hole is bright as a mirror after using new horizontal grinding, and the roughness reaches to Ra0.8, which reduces the risk of cracks and increases the hole accuracy of containers.
