三星拨料机构故障分析及改造应用

摘　　要：韶钢特轧厂精整工序中棒倒棱机组自2013年6月投产以来,上料三星拨料机构故障频繁,且造成较大表面划伤,影响产品质量,维修时间较长,严重制约生产.为此,对故障原因进行深入分析,对三星拨料机构进行改造.2017年3月改造后至今,设备故障率为零且未出现过表面划伤问题,备件也未更换过.The chamferng machine, which is used in SGIS, was out of order frequently with its diverting mechanism since it was put into operation in June, 2013. It caused larger surface scratches which impacted the product quality and it took a long time for the maintenance, which restrained the production badly. Deep investigation on the causes was conducted in order to reform the diverting mechanism to settle the problems. Since the completion of the reform in March, 2017, its failure rate has gone to zero with no surface scratch and its spare parts have not been changed yet.
