基于CW61125L型车床活动顶尖的设计与制作研究

摘　　要：根据生产实际,在CW61125L型车床加工活塞杆三件达到要求的精度,需要设计活动顶尖配合车床的扶架才能完成加工.对CW61125L型车床活动顶尖的设计与制作进行了阐述分析研究,并应用到生产实际中,满足了加工要求.According to the actual production, for machining piston rod and its parts with precision requirements with a CW61125L type lathe, it needs to design a movable apex to cooperate with the moving stack to complete the processing. The apex design and the progress are analyzed which is applied in the actual production and the results meet the requirements.
