摘  要:大牛地气田常规水平井加砂压裂工艺存在支撑剂回流、支撑剂沉降和支撑剂运移堆积导致部分气井压裂效果不理想的情况。为获得大牛地气田上古储层产能上的突破,在开展室内支撑剂沉降实验及砂团稳定性能试验的基础上,结合Fracpro PT压裂软件优化摸拟压裂设计和施工参数,在大牛地气田D66井区DPH-119井二叠系下统下石盒子组盒Ⅰ段进行了纤维脉冲加砂压裂工艺的先导试验。累计注入压裂液3 406.9 m^3,砂量342.6 m^3,液氮量192.9 m^3,纤维量1 573 kg。排液后期采用8 mm油嘴控制放喷求产,计算无阻流量6.53×104m^3/d。与同层位地质显示接近的DPH-128井相比,产量提高了15.1%,取得了较好的效果。该技术为大牛地气田气井的压后高产及高效返排提供了重要的技术支持。The sand fracturing technology of conventional horizontal wells in Daniudi Gas Field has the problems of proppant backflow,proppant settlement and proppant migration and accumulation,which will lead to unsatisfactory fracturing performance in some gas wells. In order to make a breakthrough in the productivity of the upper Paleo reservoir in the Daniudi gas field,the Fracpro PT fracturing software was used to simulate and optimize the fracturing design and construction parameters based on the experiment of the indoor proppant settlement and the stability test of the sand mass. According to the work,the pilot test of the fiber pulse sand fracturing technology was carried out for Well DPH-119 of wellblock D66 in Daniudi gas field. A total of 3406. 9 m3 fracturing fluid,342. 6 m3 sand,192. 9 m3 liquid nitrogen and 1 573 kg fiber were injected into the well. In the later period of discharge,the 8 mm nozzle was used to produce gas,and its open flow capacity was 6. 53×10^4 m3/d. Compared with Well DPH-128 with similar geologic conditions,its production increased by 15. 1%. This technology provides important technical support for high-yield and high-efficient backflow after fracturing of gas wells in Daniudi gas field.
