上海铁路局高速铁路运营实践的探讨

摘　　要：为实现高速铁路运营管理"安全、优质、高效"的目标,中国铁路上海局集团有限公司(以下简称"上海铁路局")在高速铁路运营方面进行大量的探索和实践,在高速铁路客运产品设计、创建"互联网+"高速铁路服务方式、加强运输组织的日常管理、强化高速铁路安全应急管理等方面形成了上海铁路局高速铁路运营特色。上海铁路局高速铁路运营的实践可以为我国高速铁路在运营管理规范、运力资源配置优化、运营安全保障等方面提供参考和借鉴。To achieve the goal of ＂safety, quality and efficiency＂ in the operation and management of high-speed railway, China Railway Shanghai Group Co., Ltd（hereinafter referred to as the ＂Shanghai Railway＂） has carried out the extensive exploration and practice in the operation of high-speed railway. Shanghai Railway has its own features for high-speed railway operation in the design of high-speed railway passenger transport service, the establishment of the ＂Internet ＋＂ high-speed railway service mode, the strengthening of daily management of transport organizations, and the strengthening of emergency management of high speed railway safety. The practice of high-speed railway operation of Shanghai Railway can provide reference for China’s high-speed railway in terms of operation and management norms, transportation capacity allocation optimization and operation safety guarantee.
