摘  要:动车组作业调度计划的科学制订对提高铁路动车组运用效率和效益具有重要意义,建立系统的优化方法可以为动车组运用决策信息化奠定基础。根据动车组运用作业调度问题和列车运行图之间的关系,构建动车组运用作业调度问题的混合整数规划模型,并设计一种基于车次顺序列表的模拟退火算法对该问题进行求解。通过模拟我国中东部高速铁路数据进行仿真试验,结果表明,该模拟退火算法能够在可控时间内得到满意可行解,为高速铁路动车组运用工作提供决策支持。The scientific formulation of EMU operation scheduling plan is of great significance to improve the efficiency and benefits of EMU operation. The establishment of systematic optimization method can lay a foundation for the decision-making informatization of EMU operation. In this paper, a mixed integer programming model is established for EMU Operation Scheduling Problem(EOSP), considering the relationship between EOSP and train working diagram. Moreover, a train order-list based Simulated Annealing(SA) algorithm is proposed to solve this problem. Furthermore, computational experiments are conducted based on the simulated data of railway network of central and east China. The numerical results indicate that feasible solutions of EOSP can be obtained efficiently and effectively via this algorithm. The proposed method can be used to support the decision-making of high-speed EMU operation.
