摘 要:随着"一带一路"建设的不断推进,铁路作为重要运输通道,是深化设施联通的重要体现。在分析中哈铁路通道现状的基础上,针对中哈铁路通道技术标准较低、轨距不统一,导致运输质量不高、效率较低的问题。结合中哈铁路通道运输需求增长趋势,以"外联内通、便捷顺畅"为原则,以"解决运输瓶颈、畅通前后方通道"为目标,提出通道总体构想。根据各年度运输需求,提出分期建设意见,初期以既有通道为基础,实施部分段落单线扩能,近期两大既有通道实现双线电气化,中国和哈萨克斯坦沿线客流进一步增长时建成高速铁路通道。同时提出通道建设推荐的相关措施。Along with the continuous progress of the Belt and Road initiative, railway, as the important transport corridor, is an important embodiment of deepening the interconnection of infrastructure. This paper firstly elaborates the current status of China-Kazakhstan railway corridor, and analyzes the challenges such as poor technical standards, different track gauges, poor transport quality and low efficiency, etc. Then it proposes an overall design of the corridor considering the growing demand, with the principle of "connected and convenient" and the target of "solve the bottle neck of transportation and unblock the access". According to the annual transportation demand, this paper puts forward the proposal of construction in phases. At the initial phase, the partial line expansion will be implemented based on the existing corridors. In the near term, two existing corridors will be double-tracked and electrified, and the high-speed railway corridors will be completed with the growth of passenger demand among the lines. In the meantime, the relevant recommended measures of railway corridor construction are proposed.
