摘　　要：文章借用萨特存在主义思想中的"介入"概念,将其引入翻译研究,提出了翻译的"介入性"主张。文章认为,翻译的"介入性"是生成性与历史性的概念,是从发生机制、存在状态和作用效果等角度,对翻译本质的另一种界定,它和翻译的"忠实"概念既没有必然的统一性,也没有必然的对抗性。"介入性"主要涉及翻译的人本性、情境性以及翻译在社会政治、经济与文化领域中的"参与性",它要求翻译关注当下,反思现实,关涉人伦道德,履行社会责任,这一点不仅体现在乌托邦文学翻译的现实批判与社会想定之中,而且更体现在严复、鲁迅和瞿秋白的爱国主义、革命主义与人文主义翻译之中。This paper borrows the concept of"engagée"from within Sartre's existentialist thoughts,incorporates it into translation studies,and proposes the claim of"engagement"of translation.It points out that"engagement"is a generative and historic concept,which differently defines the nature of translation from its germinal mechanism,existential state,and working effect,and it is not necessarily united or confronted with translation's faithfulness."Engagement"mainly involves translation's humanity,situationality and participation in the fields of social politics,economy,and culture.In accordance with this concept,translation should focus and reflect on the current realities,give touches to ethics and moralities,and perform social duties,which finds its expressions not only in the realistic criticism and social ideals of utopian literature translation,but also in the patriotism,revolutionism and humanism of Yan Fu,Lu Xun and Qu Qiubai's translation acts.
