摘 要:针对粉末渗铝层易出现较多孔洞的问题,利用金相显微镜分析渗铝层的形貌特征,研究渗铝温度、渗铝时间、渗剂稀土含量对Q235钢粉末渗铝层组织形貌的影响。结果表明,在渗剂配比为75%铝粉、20%氧化铝、5%氯化铵时,选取渗铝温度为700℃,渗铝时间为5 h,稀土氧化钇的加入量为0. 4%,此时制得的渗铝层质量最好。该研究可为低温条件下获得致密渗铝层提供参考。This paper is an attempt to address the occurrence of more cavities in the aluminizing coating. The study involves analyzing the morphology of aluminizing coating by opitical microscopy and thereby identifying the effect of aluminizing temperature, aluminizing time and the content of earth element in aluminizing agent on the microstructure of aluminizing coating on Q235 steel. The results indicate that the optimal pack powders result from the presence of permeable agent ratio, such as 75% Al(in weight), 20% Al 2O 3(in weight) and 5% NH 4Cl(in weight); suitable aluminizing temperature of 700 ℃;aluminizing time(5 h); and addition of rare earth yttrium oxide(0.4% ). This research could provide a reference for obtaining compact aluminizing layer at a lower temperature.
