摘  要:为提高矿井提升机盘式制动系统的可靠性与准确分析系统故障的原因,以TE161型液压站为研究对象,构建动态故障树模型,引入深度优先最左遍历方法,模块化处理动态故障树,建立了静态子树和动态子树,基于二元决策图、马尔可夫链方法分别对静态动态子树进行了定性与定量分析。结果表明,系统的故障概率为3. 1%,由概率重要度、关键重要度以及结构重要度的排序,得到电磁换向阀、出口过滤器是系统的关键部位。该研究为液压站设计、故障预防以及维护提供了参考依据。This paper seeks to improve the reliability of disc brake system of mine hoist and to accurately analyze the cause of the system failure. The study involves developing a dynamic fault tree model using the example of the TE161 hydraulic system in the braking system; modularizing the dynamic fault tree by introducing depth-first left-most traversals; and obtaining the static subtree and dynamic subtree; and analyzing the static subtree qualitatively and quantitatively based on the binary decision diagram and the Markov Chain method. The results show that the system has the fault probability of 3.1%;and ranking analysis based on probability importance, critical importance and structural importance concludes that the electromagnetic reversing valve and the outlet filter hold the key parts of the system. The research could serve as a theoretical basis for the design, fault prevention, and maintenance of hydraulic stations.
