高校健美操教学训练一体化模式的研究

摘　　要：在我国传统的健美操教学训练中,因教学内容与学生实际情况之间存在着不适应,导致高校健美操教学训练难以更好地实现稳步发展。明确我国高校健美操教学训练的培养模式,并以此为基础对教学内容进行研究,为我国高校健美操教学训练的理论构建与实践运用提供依据。In the traditional aerobics teaching and training in our country,because of the lack of adaptation between the teaching content and the actual situation of the students,it is difficult to achieve the steady development of aerobics teaching and training in colleges and universities. This article will make a clear goal of the training mode of aerobics teaching and training in China＇s colleges and universities,and take this as the basis to make a thorough understanding of the current teaching content,and then put forward the corresponding views on the theoretical construction and practice of aerobics teaching and training in our country.
