摘  要:采用初湿浸渍法制备出不同P负载量(P_2O_5占ZSM-5分子筛的质量分数)的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、低温N_2吸脱附等测试方法表征了催化剂的结构和性质,并在固定床微型反应装置上评价了催化剂的甲苯甲醇烷基化反应性能。结果表明:当P负载量为7.5%时,ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的催化性能最优,对二甲苯收率为17.78%,甲苯转化率为22.95%,对位选择性高达80.40%;引入的P与分子筛骨架通过氧原子形成化学键,致使分子筛孔道窄化,P还会覆盖分子筛外表面部分酸性位。The ZSM -5 molecular sieve catalyst with different P loads (P205 accounted for the mass fraction of ZSM - 5 molecular sieve) was prepared by initial wet impregnation method, and its structures and properties were characterized by X -ray diffrac- tion (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrosco- py(FT- IR), low temperature N2 adsorption, etc, and the reaction performance of toluene alkylation with methanol was evaluated in a microscale fixed - bed reactor. The results showed that when P load was 7.5% , the catalytic performance of ZSM - 5molecular sieve catalyst was the best, xylene yield was 17.78% , methylbenzene conversion was 22.95% ,para- selectivity reached up to 80.40% ; the introduced P and molecular sieve framework formed chemical bonds via oxygen atoms, resulting in narrow pore size and P covering partial acidity on the outer surface of the molecular sieve.
