摘  要:利用广角X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪、转矩流变仪、旋转流变仪等分析仪器,对比分析了中国石油兰州石化公司开发出的牌号为EP 533 N的高性能聚丙烯(PP)(1~#样品)与国内同牌号优级市售品(2~#样品)的结构及性能。结果表明:2种样品形成的晶型都为α型,2~#样品的结晶度略高;1~#样品的熔体流动速率为2.874 g/min,冲击强度为8.80 J/m,断裂伸长率为56.40%,其加工性能及力学性能均优于2~#样品。The wide -angle X- ray diffraction instrument, thermo gravimetric instrument, differen- tial scanning calorimeter instrument, torque remo- ter, rotational remoter and other analytical instru- ments were used to compare and analyze the struc- tures and performances of high- performance poly- propylene EP 533 N (1^# sample) developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina, and the same grade commercial product (2^# sample) in China. The results showed that the crystal forms oftwo samples were a type, and the crystallinity of 2^# sample was slightly higher; the melt flow rate of 1^# sample was 2. 874 g/rain, the impact strength was 8.80 J/m, the elongation at break was 56.40%, and its processing and mechanical properties were superior than those of 2^# sample.
