摘 要:以环烷基原油经常减压工艺制得的减压渣油为原料,先经丙烷脱沥青处理制得脱沥青油,再分别采用加氢处理-临氢降凝-补充精制工艺(工艺A)、加氢处理-异构脱蜡-补充精制工艺(工艺B)、加氢处理-补充精制-酮苯脱蜡工艺(工艺C)等3种组合工艺制备150 BS光亮油。结果表明:采用工艺A不能制备出合格的150 BS光亮油;采用工艺B、工艺C制备的产品其100℃运动黏度分别为29.83,32.58 mm^2/s,倾点均为-12℃,黏度指数分别为91,87,满足150 BS光亮油的指标要求,且产品收率分别为20.4%,19.8%(相对于减压渣油)。With vacuum residue obtained by naphthene base crude oil prepared by atmospheric and vacuum as raw material, the deasphalted oil was treated by propane deasphalting, and the 150 BS bright oil was prepared by the hydrotreating - hydrodewaxing - hydrofinishing process ( process A), hydrotreating- isodewaxing- hydrofinishing (process B), hydrotreating- hydrofinishing- ben- zol - ketone dewaxing (process C) respectively. The results showed that the qualified 150 BS bright oilcould not be produced by process A; kinematic vis- cosity(100 ℃ ) of products prepared by process B, C was 29.83,32.58 mm2/s in turn,the pour point were both - 12℃ ,and the viscosity index was 91,87 sep- arately,which met the index requirement of 150 BS bright oil and the products yield was 20.4%, 19, 8% respectively (relative to vacuum residue).
