钯系加氢催化剂全自动浸渍制备工艺的开发

摘  要:采用自主开发的全自动浸渍工艺及配套设备,以钯(Pd)为活性组分,氧化铝为载体,制备出裂解汽油一段钯系加氢催化剂LY-9801 D,考察了制备工艺条件包括浸渍液预热温度、浸渍时间以及载体加入量等对催化剂性能的影响,并以裂解汽油C_6~C_7馏分为原料,在100 mL绝热固定床反应器上进行了催化剂500 h加氢性能评价实验。结果表明:全自动浸渍制备工艺的优化条件为:浸渍液预热温度70℃、浸渍时间15 min、载体每次加入量3 kg;与手动浸渍制备工艺相比,全自动浸渍制备工艺将生产效率提高了3倍,2种工艺所制备催化剂的主要物性基本一致,加氢性能相当。The LY- 9801 D hydrogenation cata- lyst for pyrolysis gasoline was prepared by self - de- veloped full- automatic impregnation process and corollary equipment, with Pd as active component and alumina as supporter, the effects of preheating temperature of impregnation solution, impregnation time and added carrier amount on the performances of the catalysts were investigated, and with pyrolysis gasoline C6 - C7 fraction as raw material, the hydro- genation performance evaluation of the catalyst run- ning for 500 h was conducted in a 100 mL adiabatic fixed- bed reactor. The results showed that the op- timized conditions of full - automatic impregnation process were: preheating temperature of impregna- tion solution 70℃, impregnation time 15 min, add- ed carrier amount 3 kg;compared with the produc- tion efficiency of manual impregnation process, that of full - automatic impregnation process increased by 3 times, and the main physical properties and hy- drogenation performances of catalysts prepared by two processes were basically the same.
