摘 要:选用常规低压航空煤油加氢技术及配套FH-40 B催化剂,通过采取分馏单元增设过滤器及脱硫罐等改造措施,在20万t/a柴油加氢装置上进行了航空煤油的试生产。结果表明:常压蒸馏装置采用常二线95%馏出温度不高于363℃的控制方案,所得常一线油的密度为790 kg/m^3,馏程为157~227℃,冰点为-57℃,可作为生产航空煤油的原料;柴油加氢装置在保持主体工艺流程不变的情况下,产品中硫醇硫质量分数为(5.00~9.00)×10^(-6),铜片腐蚀为1 a,各项性质均满足航空煤油标准质量要求。The conventional low -pressure avia- tion kerosene hydrogenation technology and support- ing FH -40 B catalyst were adopted, the filter and devulcanizer were added to the fractionation unit, and the trial production of aviation kerosene was conducted in a 200 kt/a diesel hydrogenation unit. The results showed that the control plan that the 95% distillation temperature of atmospheric 2 line was not higher than 363℃ was employed in the at- mospheric distillation unit, the obtained oil density from the atmospheric line 1 was 790 kg/m3 ,the dis-tillation range 157 -227℃ ,freezing point -57℃, which could be used as the raw material for produ- cing aviation kerosene. Under the conditions of the same main technological process of hydrogenation u- nit, the mass fraction of mereaptan sulfur in the product was (5.00-9.00)×10^-6, copper corro- sion 1a, and each property could meet the quality requirements of aviation kerosene.
