京Ⅵ标准汽油生产方案分析及应用

摘　　要：分析了某公司炼油装置汽油生产现状,制定出京Ⅵ标准汽油调和配方,并采取了调整汽油池烯烃平衡的优化措施。结果表明:将重整拔头油与苯抽提非芳烃分开单独存储,优先采用重整汽油、醚化汽油、S-Zorb汽油、重整拔头油等4种组分调和95~#京Ⅵ标准汽油;采取重整装置加工催化汽油、柴油改质装置多产重整原料、提高醚化原料轻汽油干点等措施,提高重整汽油、醚化汽油产量,降低SZorb汽油产量,使汽油池烯烃体积分数降低2.55个百分点,芳烃体积分数增加1.89个百分点,研究法辛烷值增加0.33个单位,汽油总产量增加了12.51万t/a;生产京Ⅵ标准汽油占汽油总产量的比例为23%(质量分数),其余汽油产品符合国Ⅴ标准汽油要求。Abstract： The present situation of gasoline pro- duction was analyzed in a company＇s refining unit, the blending scheme of Beijing gasoline standard VI was made, and the optimum measures of adjusting balance olefins of gasoline pool were taken. The re- sults showed that the reformed topped oil and ben- zene extraction of non - aromatic hydrocarbons stored separately, and the four components, re- formed gasoline, etherificated gasoline, S - Zorb and reformed topped oil were preferentially adopted to blend 95^# Beijing gasoline standard VI; After the several measures were taken, including processing catalytic gasoline in reforming unit, over- producing reforming feedstock in diesel fuel modifi- cation unit, increasing the dry point of etherified material light gasoline, etc, the output of reformed gasoline and etherificated gasoline increased, the output of S- Zorb gasoline decreased, the volume fraction of olefin in gasoline pool dropped by 2.55 percentage points, and that of aromatic hydrocarbon rose by 1.89 percentage points, RON increased by 0.33 units, the total output of gasoline improved by 125. 10 kt/a; the production of Beijing gasoline standard Ⅵ accounted for the total gasoline output was 23% （mass fraction） , and the rest of gasoline products met the requirements of national gasoline standard V.
