摘 要:对陕西东鑫垣化工有限责任公司50万t/a延迟焦化装置的加热炉进行了改造,将辐射段单根炉管延长至20.893 m,并在炉底新增2根炉管,考察了增加炉管对加热炉运行的影响。结果表明:改造后加热炉炉管延长139.572 m,外表面积增加55.7 m^2,辐射换热面积增大至366.7 m^2;与改造前相比,在加热炉加工负荷及炉出口温度基本相近的条件下,液体收率稳定在74%~77%,辐射室顶部、底部的温度最高可分别降低62,30℃,炉管未发生严重结焦。The heating furnace of a 500 kt/a de- layed coking unit was revamped in Shaanxi Dong Xin Yuan Chemical Industry Co Ltd. The single ra- diant furnace tube was extended to 20. 893 m, two tubes were added in the bottom of the furnace and the effects of increased furnace tubes on operation of heating furnace were investigated. The results showed that after the revampment, the furnace tube extended by 139. 572 m, the surface area increased by 55.7 m2 , and the radiant heat exchange area in- creased to 366.7 m2. Compared with the before re-vampment, under the similar conditions of the pro- cessing load and the outlet temperature of heating furnace, the liquid yield was stable at 74% -77% , the maximum temperature of the top and bottom of radiant chamber reduced by 62℃ and 30 ℃ re-spectively, and the serious coking did not occur in the furnace tube.
