摘 要:基于中国石油兰州石化公司46万t/a乙烯装置,分析了裂解原料包括轻质原料和重质原料性质对生产运行的影响,并为适应原料轻质化和多样化而采取了相应工艺改进对策。结果表明:通过采取增设液化石油气闪蒸系统和拔头油管线、回收利用蒸汽余热、增加稀释蒸汽发生量、增大高压脱丙烷塔再沸器面积、增设丙烯塔再沸器排重烃管线、增设燃料气和氢气系统外送流程、定期切换轻柴油裂解炉等工艺改进措施,使乙烯装置裂解轻质化原料占比为31.62%(质量分数),能耗为598.9 kg/t(以标准油计),乙烯和丙烯收率为48.65%;与开工初期相比,裂解轻质化原料占比增加了29.78个百分点,能耗降幅高达25%,双烯收率提高了2.95个百分点。Based on the of Lanzhou Petrochemical 460 kt/a ethylene plant Company, PetroChina, the effects of cracking feedstock (light and heavy raw materials)properties on production and opera- tion were analyzed, and the corresponding counter- measures were taken to fit for the light and diversi- fied raw material. The results showed that after the several measures were taken, including adding the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)flash system and topped oil pipeline, recycling and utilizing the waste heat of steam, increasing the amount of dilution steam, expanding the reboiler area of the high pres- sure depropanizer, adding the heavy hydrocarbon line of the propylene tower reboiler and the delivery process of fuel gas and hydrogen system, switching the light diesel cracking furnace and so on, the cracking lightened raw material of ethylene plant ac- counted for 31. 62% ( mass fraction) , the energy consumption was 598.9 kg/t(calculated as standard oil), and the ethylene and propylene yield was 48.65%; compared with the conditions of initial stage, the proportion of cracking lightened raw ma- terial rose by 29.78 percentage points, the energy consumption dropped up to 25%, and the ethylene and propylene yield increased by 2.95 percentage points.
