摘　　要：伴随媒介融合的不断深入,用户多元化的阅读需求冲击着传统的笔记记录观念。本文考察了笔记记录载体方式变迁的历史,调查了笔记在阅读中的应用现状,分析了新媒体时代阅读变迁出现的碎片化、移动化、社会化特点,并以"笔记+"构筑阅读生态链,指明了"笔记+阅读"若干实践模式,包括以培训促阅读、以课程促阅读、以竞赛促阅读、以媒体促阅读等,展现了云笔记在阅读领域广阔的应用前景。With the continuous deepening of media integration, the users diversified reading needs are impacting on the traditional concept of note-keeping. This paper examines the history of the mode change of note-taking carrier, investigates the application of notes in reading, analyzes the characteristics of fragmentation, mobility and socialization of reading changes in the new media era, and constructs the reading ecological chain with ＂notes ＋＂. The paper points out some practical models of ＂note ＋reading＂, including promoting reading by training, taking courses by competition, and media, and displays the broad application foreground of cloud notes in the field of reading.
