摘　　要：本文介绍了我国科技查新工作的现状,指出目前我国科技查新服务存在的问题:课题委托集中完成时间紧、数据库资源和人员综合能力有待提升、科技查新服务模式单一等,针对上述问题,从现代化查新管理、构建数据库共享平台、提高查新人员素质和开展科技查新多样化服务方面论述了科技查新工作创新发展的对策。This paper introduces the status quo of Chinese sci-tech novelty retrieval and then puts forward the problems existing in the sci-tech novelty retrieval service, such as the tight time for the completion of task entrustment, the comprehensive capacity of database resources and personnel needs to be improved, and the new service model for sci-tech novelty is simple. Aiming at above problems, this paper discusses the countermeasures for the innovative development of sci-tech novelty retrieval from modernization administration, constructing a database sharing platform, improvement of the quality of engineer and developing diversified service.
