摘 要:自中央确定房地产行业发展定位以来,全国各地逐步收紧房地产调控政策,房地产市场出现分化态势。首先从房地产市场总体发展概况、不同区域房地产市场、房地产企业融资资金来源、不同用途房地产开发企业占市场份额规模等方面分析房地产市场基本状况;然后对房地产市场发展面临的有利与不利条件进行剖析;最后对未来几年房地产市场总额、资金来源结构和区域发展的变化趋势进行判断。Since the central government determined the development of the real estate industry, all parts of the country have gradually tightened the real estate investment policy, and the real estate invest- ment market has become differentiated. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic situation of real estate mar- ket from the aspects of the general situation of development of real estate market, the real estate market in different regions, the source of investment funds of real estate enterprises, and the scale of real estate mar- ket for different uses of development enterprises. Then the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of real estate market development. Finally, we make a judgment on the real estate market , the capital source structure and the trend of regional development in the next few years.
