摘　　要：针对实际生产中针刺机针板孔径及孔距检测问题,提出了一种采用机器视觉算法三坐标机器视觉跟踪检测针板孔径及孔距的非接触测量方法。在HALCON平台上使用滤波算子对图像进行运算处理,然后使用测量算子对图像孔位的直径和孔间距等进行测量。通过对针板孔位尺寸进行多次测试,分析发现该算法计算时间短,测量准确度高,边缘量化精度小于0.01 mm,为非织造行业机器视觉检测技术的应用提供了一种有效途径。In view of the actual production problem of hole diameter and hole distance detection of needle plate in the needle pure＇bed machine, a non-contact measurement method is proposed to detect the hole diameter and hole distance of needle plate by machine vision algorithm. The image is processed by using the filter operator on the HALCON platform, and then the measurement operator is used to meast, re image bole diameter and hole spacing and size measurement, through several tests of the needle plate hole size. The analysis shows that tbe algorithm is fast and high accuracy, and edge quantization accuracy is less than 0.01 ram. It provides an effettive way tot the application of nonwoven industry of machine vision detection technology.
