摘 要:目的:考察不同稳定材料对提高甘草次酸脂化乳物理稳定性的影响。方法:采用离心分光光度法分别测定不同稳定材料黄原胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC K100M)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)加入后甘草次酸脂化乳稳定系数大小,与未添加稳定材料的空白制剂稳定系数进行比较,分别评价各种稳定材料对脂化乳稳定性提高的影响,并初步确定加入浓度,筛选简单、有效地提升稳定性新材料。结果:初步筛选出0.0 5%黄原胶、0.0 2%的HPMC K1 0 0 M、0.0 3%的PVA 1 8-8 8一定程度上均可提升甘草次酸脂化乳物理稳定性,且工艺稳定。结论:三种稳定材料均可一定程度上提升甘草次酸脂化乳制剂物理稳定性,尤以0.0 5%的黄原胶效果为佳。Objective: To investigate the effects of different stable materials on the stability of glycyrrhetinic acid liposome emulsion. Methods: Centrifugal spectrophotometry method was adopted to determine the stability parameter of glycyrrhetinic acid liposome emulsion after using Xanthan,HPMC K100 M and PVA 18-88 as stable materials respectively,compared with stability coefficient of blank preparation,the effect after using three kinds of materials on stability of glycyrrhetinic acid liposome emulsion was evaluate. The added concentration was initially determined. Results: Three kinds of materials can reduce the stability parameter to a certain extent,effectively improve the stability of preparation. 0. 05% Xanthan,0. 02%HPMC K100 M and 0. 03% PVA 18-88 were the suitable concentration for stability improvement. Conclusion: Three kinds of materials can play a certain role in improvement of the stability of glycyrrhetinic acid liposome emulsion,of which 0. 05% Xanthan was better in experimental results and preparation state than others.
