摘　　要：人才培养、科学研究与社会服务被称为现代高校的三大职能。培养专业人才和发展新知识是大学为社会服务的基础。新时期的高等教育必须提升自身内涵,突出大学为社会服务的职能,将培养人才作为主要目标,特别是积极培养适应经济社会发展需要的创新型、复合型和应用型人才。文章基于对职业规划教育的研究来论证如何服务社会、如何满足社会需要,从而更好地服务社会。将培养学生创新创业能力作为改进职业规划教育的突破口,建立产教研融合协同育人的长效机制,为社会培养符合社会和用人单位需要的高素质人才。Talent training, scientific research and social service are known as the three major functions of modem colleges and uni- versities. Cultivating professional talents and developing new knowledge are the basis of social service. Therefore, The higher education in the new era must enhance its connotation, highlight the function of serving the society, and take the cultivation of talents as the main goal, especially to cultivate innovative, compound and practical talents who will meet the needs of economic and social development. Based on the study of career planning education, this paper demonstrates how to serve the society and how to meet the needs of the so- ciety so as to serve the society better. It takes cultivation of students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the breakthrough to improve career planning education, and set up a long - term mechanism of integrating production, teaching and researching into collab- orative education, so as to cultivate high - quality talents that meet the needs of the society and employers.
