摘　　要：随着社会的发展和全球化进程的不断推进,国际交流与合作不断加深,人才成为各国的重要战略储备。高等教育作为人才培养的重要环节,得到全社会的高度重视。芬兰在国家战略的框架下根据自身的社会实际,提出高等教育的国际化发展思路,并且克服自身的种种困难,取得显著的成效,这些发展思路对于我国高等教育的发展也指明了一个方向。因此,我国要及时地促进高等教育改革,促进高等教育的国际化发展,在保持自身民族特色的基础上,构建国际化教育课程,提高创新水平与科研水平,加强国际交流与合作,培养更多的高素质人才。With the development of society and the advancement of globalization, international exchanges and cooperation are deepened, and talents have become an important strategic reserve for all countries. As an important part of talent training, higher edu- cation has been highly valued by the whole society. Under the framework of national strategy, Finland has put forward the idea of inter- national development of higher education according to its own social reality, and overcame its own difficulties and achieved remarkable results. These development ideas also pointed out a direction for the development of higher education in China. Therefore, China should promote the reform of higher education in time, promote the international development of higher education, build an internation- al education curriculum on the basis of maintaining its own national characteristics, improve the level of innovation and scientific re- search, strengthen the international exchanges and coooeration, and cultivate more high -quality talents.
