摘 要:师范教育作为培养师资的重要一环,承担着国家教育事业发展的巨大使命,基于此,国家出台一系列针对地方院校的教师教育的标准,旨在规范和引导教师教育发展的方向、深化教师教育改革、培养及造就高素质的专业化教师队伍。然而,就现阶段来看,我国的教师教育由于某些原因,走向"粗放简约"的路线而完全脱离"精英化"的特质。具体而言,这些因素既涉及社会对教师的需求较大,也涉及大众对教师教育的不恰当的观念,由于师范院校两难的定位,也造成精英化师范教育的困境。研究发现,相关的群体急需对我国教师教育"精英化"之路进行深层追问,适当辅以政策支持并重塑对师范教育"精英化"的正确认识,才能使师范教育重回其本质内涵。As an important part of teacher - training, pedagogical education undertakes the great mission of the future develop- ment. Based on this, the country launched a series of education standards for local college teachers which are intended to regulate and guide the direction of teacher education development, deepen the reform of teacher education and train professional teachers. However, at the present stage, for some reasons, education of normal university in China has gone to the "unrestrained and simple" route and completely deviated from the "elitism" characteristic. Specifically, on the one hand, these factors involve the great society demand for teachers and the inappropriate ideas of normal education. At the same time, the positioning of normal colleges dilemma also caused the plight of elite teachers' education. This study found that related groups need to probe into the way of normal education in China, pro- vide policy support properly, and reshape the correct understanding of "elitism education", to lead the normal education to return to its essential connotation.
