摘 要:随着柔性高压直流输电技术的发展,电压源换流器性能优势得到了越来越广泛的认可,基于模块化多电平换流器(modular multi-level converter,MMC)的电压源换流技术在我国已得到了广泛的应用:南澳多端柔性直流输电工程、舟山多端柔性直流输电工程、鲁西异步联网柔性直流输电工程已经建成投运,±420 kV渝鄂直流背靠背联网工程、±500 kV张北可再生能源柔性直流电网示范工程已开工建设,±800 kV乌东德送电广东广西多端直流输电工程已进入工程实施阶段。MMC阀作为柔性直流输电工程系统的主要装置之一,为了保证柔性直流输电系统的安全可靠运行,换流器阀必须进行严格型式试验。运行试验作为型式试验的重要试验项目之一,考核换流器阀在最严酷重复应力下开通、关断以及导通时,能否耐受电流、电压和温度应力。依据MMC型电压源换流器阀实际工程运行工况,研究了运行试验方法,搭建了试验回路,并实施了柔性直流输电工程用换流器阀运行试验。结果表明,文中提出的试验方法和试验回路能够实施电压源换流器阀运行试验,试验结果符合IEC 62501:2017、GB/T 33348—2016、DL/T 1513—2016等相关标准要求。With the development of the HVDC-flexible technology, the performance advantages of vokage source converter have been more widely recognized, voltage source converter technology based on modular multi-level converter(MMC)has been widely used in China, Nan' ao, Zhou' shah multi-terminal HVDC-flexible project and Lu' xi asynchronous interconnection HVDC-flexible project have been completed and put into operation, ±420 kV Yu'e back-to-back interconnection project, ±500 kV Zhang' bei renewable energy HVDC-flexible demonstration project has started construction, ±800 kV Wu' dongde to Guang' dong and Guang' xi multi-terminal HVDC project has entered the implementation stage of the project. The modular multi-level converter (MMC) valve is one of the main devices of the HVDC-flexible transmission system. To ensure safe and reliable operation of the HVDC-flexible transmission system, the converter valve must be strictly examined in the type test. The operational test, as one of the important items in type tests, examine the adequacy of the converter valve with regard to current, voltage and temperature stress in conducting state and at turn-on or turn-off moments under the worst repetitive stress condition. According to the actual operational condition of voltage source converter valve based on MMC, this study proposed an operational test method, and constructed a test circuit to conduct operational tests of the MMC valve for actual HVDC-flexible project. The results show that the proposed test method and test circuit can carry out operational tests of the voltage source converter valve, and the test results meet the relevant standards of IEC 62501:2017, GB/T 33348-2016, and DL/T 1513-2016.
