摘　　要：熔体过滤器是PBT生产装置中重要设备,为延长熔体过滤器使用周期,对滤芯清洗品质与使用次数、催化剂用量、生产原料纯度、炭化物和生产负荷等影响因素进行了研究与分析,并根据其影响因素采取了相应措施。Melt filter is an important equipment in the PBT production plant. In order to prolong the life cycle of the melt filter,the influence factors such as the cleaning quality and times of the filter element,the amount of catalyst,the purity of raw material,the carbides and production load were studied and analyzed,and corresponding measures were taken according to the influence factors.
