摘 要:介绍了熔体过滤器的结构与作用,将熔体过滤器的清洗技术由传统的三甘醇法技改为水解法清洗技术,通过泡点实验和称重对比将技改前后滤芯清洗效果进行了对比,从安全环保、工艺控制、成本核算等方面对技改前后滤芯使用效果进行对比。采用新的清洗方法后,滤芯清洗品质与效率显著提升,生产成本降低,现场安全环保等级得到提升。The structure and function of the melt filter are introduced. The cleaning technology of the melt filter is changed from the traditional triethylene glycol method to the hydrolysis cleaning method. The cleaning effects comparison of the filter element before and after the technical transformation are carried out by bubble point experiment and weighing comparison. In contrast,the use effects of filter element before and after technical transformation are compared from the aspects of safety and environmental protection,process control and cost accounting. After adopting the new cleaning method,the cleaning quality and efficiency of the filter element are significantly improved,the production cost is reduced,and the on-site safety and environmental protection level is improved.
