摘　　要：针对聚酯薄膜生产的关键工序铸片单元易出现花斑、唇印、拉丝等不良问题,且清洗模唇间隔时间短生产效率低下的问题,通过改善模头区域的湿度问题,改善清洗模头的工装,稳定模头区域的工作环境,改进清洗过滤器碟片的检查方法,有效解决铸片的品质问题,同时极大地提高了聚酯薄膜生产效率。In view of the bad problems such as spotting,lip seal and wire drawing easy to appear in the casting unit,the key process of polyester film production,and the problem of low production efficiency in short interval time of cleaning die lips. The humidity problem of die head area is improved by improving the craft equipment of cleaning die,stabilizing the working environment of the die area,improving the inspection method of cleaning filter disc. The quality problem of the casting strips was effectively solved,the production efficiency of polyester film has been greatly improved at the same time.
