摘 要:目的比较镍铬合金、钴铬合金、钯银合金的金瓷结合强度。方法根据ISO9693标准,用三点弯曲测试分别检测镍铬合金、钴铬合金、钯银合金常规热处理条件下的金瓷结合强度。结果金瓷结合强度分别为:镍铬合金(38.09±2.2)Mpa;钴铬合金(39.21±2.05)Mpa;钯银合金(45.44±1.98)Mpa。镍铬合金组和钴铬合金组之间的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),这2种合金与钯银合金组之间的差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 (1)镍铬合金、钴铬合金、钯银合金金瓷结合强度都大于临床所要求的最低金瓷结合强度值25Mpa;(2)钯银合金的金瓷结合强度大于镍铬合金及钴铬合金。Objective To investigate and compare the metal-ceramic bonding strength of Ni-Cr alloy,Co-Cr alloy and Pd-Ag alloy. Methods According to ISO9693 standard, three point bending test was used to detect the bonding strength of gold porcelain of Ni Cr alloy, CO Cr alloy and palladium silver alloy under conventional heat treatment. Results The bonding strength of gold porcelain is as follows:(38.09±2.2)Mpa(Ni-Cr alloy);(39.21±2.05))Mpa(Co-Cr alloy);(45.44±1.98) Mpa(Pd-Ag alloy).There is no statistical significance in the mean value of the bonding strengths of Ni-Cr alloy and Co-Cr alloy(P〉0.05), the Pd-Ag groups have significant difference with both other group(P〈0.05).Conclusion According to the test result, the metal-ceramic bonding strengths of Ni-Cr alloy and Co-Cr alloy are closed, which are less than Pd-Ag alloy. The bonding strengths of all metal-porcelain systems are within the acceptable levels by ISO9693 standard(〉25 Mpa).
