摘　　要：P2P网贷在中国呈现数量多、规模小的规模困境以及协作差、问题频发的监管困境。P2P网贷集群是通过互联网把网贷公司与技术先进的大数据公司、经验丰富的信用评级公司、资金雄厚的担保公司等在整个信息空间中跨区域跨行业的泛空间集聚,组成多个介于单一企业组织与完全市场化组织之间的"中间网络组织"。规范分析可以得出P2P网贷集群化可以有效解决规模问题和监管问题。基于超网络模型比较分析P2P网贷公司在规范集群状态和非规范状态在均衡条件下的交易利润,前者要高于后者,集群化能够产生集群剩余,P2P网贷集群化具有合理性。因此,可以通过P2P网贷集群化构建网贷行业有序发展的长效机制。In China,peer-to-peer（ P2 P） online lending presents a problem of scale,owing to the large number of small-scale lenders,as well as regulatory complexities resulting from poor coordination and frequent problems. P2 P online lending clusters are space aggregations connecting online lending companies with technologically advanced big data companies,experienced credit rating companies,and well-funded guarantee companies. Such clusters span regions and industries throughout the information space. They create ＂ intermediate network organizations,＂ which lie between a single corporate organization and a fully marketized organization. The normative analysis concluded that P2 P online loan clustering could effectively solve problems of scale and regulatory issues. This study used a super-network model to compare and analyze the trading profits of P2 P online lending companies in the normative cluster state and non-normative state under the condition of equilibrium. The profits of the former were found to be higher,indicating that clustering generates cluster surplus; thus,it is reasonable to cluster P2 P online lending. It is therefore possible to build a long-term mechanism for the orderly development of the online lending industry by clustering P2 P online lending.
