摘　　要："经痹点",即经络系统痹阻点,是疾病治疗靶点的一种新选择,以快捷、准确、安全为特点,对疾病的治疗有立竿见影的作用。临床多表现为在关节附近或经脉循行部位出现疼痛、压痛"条索"或"结节"状物,从而引起局部疼痛不适、关节活动受限等症状。文章主要从对"经痹点"的认识、詹强学术思想、"经痹点"分层、应用等方面对于该理论进行系统探讨。‘Meridian bi points＇ are the blockage points of meridian system. It is a new choice for the target of disease treatment, which is characterized by quickness, accuracy and safety, and it has an immediate effect on the treatment of diseases. Clinical manifestations include pain, tenderness, ‘cords＇ or ‘nodules＇ near the joints or meridians, resulting in local pain and discomfort, limited joint activity and other symptoms. The theory of ‘meridian bi points＇ from these aspects, such as understanding of ‘meridian bi points＇, ZHAN Qiang＇s academic thoughts, layers and applications of ‘meridian bi points＇ and others, were systematically discussed in this paper.
