基于《中华人民共和国药典》修订对黄柏主要有效成分研究的思考

摘　　要：黄柏作为中国传统大宗中药材之一,药材应用广泛、需求量大,但黄柏从种植到临床用药市场存在品种和来源树种不明确等问题,导致药材市场和临床用药中无法严格按照《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《药典》)规定标准执行等乱象。基于历版《药典》对黄柏的描述,收集并整理黄柏相关文献资料,从黄柏来源树种、有效成分研究及检测等方面进行辩析,探讨《药典》对黄柏修订的科学性、合理性及规范性,并从川黄柏应用现状建议将秃叶黄皮树收载为川黄柏来源树种。研究有助于从品种和来源树种等方面阐明黄柏药材的规范化和标准化供应的重要性,提高中药材标准化水平。As one of the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, Cortex Phellodendri is widely used and its demand is very big. However, from planting to clinical medication market, there are some problems, such as its variety and source of tree species are unclear, which leads to not following the standard of Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China（hereinafter referred to as the Pharmacopoeia） in medical materials market and in clinic. Based on the Cortex Phellodendri description of the formerly Pharmacopoeia, collecting and collating the related literature about Cortex Phellodendri, analyzing from source of tree species, the research and testing of effective ingredients, the scientificity, rationality, and standardization of the revisions to the Cortex Phellodendri in the Pharmacopoeia were explored, and it was suggested that Phellodendron Chinense Schneid var. glabriusculumshould be absorbed as species source of Phellodendron Chinense according to the application status of Phellodendron Chinense. The study is helpful to elucidate the importance of the standardization and normalization of Cortex Phellodendri from variety and source of tree species and improve the level of medicinal materials standardization.
