胡凯文运用壁虎、蜈蚣药对治疗恶性肿瘤的临床经验

摘　　要：虫类药是传统中药的重要组成部分,具有解毒散结、搜风剔络的特点,在肿瘤治疗中常被采用,现代药理研究也证实其具有抗肿瘤作用。胡凯文教授长期从事恶性肿瘤的中西医结合临床工作,在中医治疗方面,胡教授喜将壁虎、蜈蚣二药作为药对,将其焙干、研末装胶囊并配合其他中药汤剂口服治疗,可抑制肿瘤生长、延长患者生存期。文章将从壁虎、蜈蚣的本草考证、抗肿瘤作用药理研究和胡教授应用二药的治疗理念几个方面,阐明此药对的应用价值。Insect drug is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. They have the characteristics of detoxification and softening and resolving hard masses. They are often used in the treatment of tumors. Modern pharmacological studies also have confirmed their anti-tumor effects. Professor HU Kai-wen has long been engaged in the clinical work of malignant tumors with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, professor HU prefers Gecko and Centipede as a pair of medicines. To cure them by baking, filling in capsules, and combining with other traditional Chinese medicine decoctions, which can inhibit tumor growth and prolong patient survival. This article would clarify the application value of Gecko and Centipede from aspects of herbal textual research, pharmacological research on antitumor effects and professor HU Kai-wen＇s treatment concept of applying the two drugs.
