韦绪性运用经络辨证临床经验撷要

摘　　要：文章总结了韦绪性运用经络辨证的独到经验。韦绪性教授认为经络辨证以其特有的思维方式,在经络系统病机分析、运用经络学说治病的临床实践以及认识局部与整体、共性与个性统一等方面具有重要的指导作用。文中所列验案按照4个部分逐步予以分析提要,以资临床借鉴:详辨经络脏腑所属,论治切中病机;肢体经络病证,以经络定位求病因;病作有时,参"子午流注"而施治;针药并举,重视运用引经药。The article summarized WEI Xu-xing＇s the experience of syndrome differentiation of channel theory. Professor WEI thought that syndrome differentiation of channel theory has an important guiding role in the analysis of the meridian system, the clinical practice of the meridian theory, the application of the meridian theory, and the understanding of the unity of the local and the whole, the commonness and the personality. For the purpose of providing the clinical reference, cases given in the text would be identified as four parts, including the precise treatment of the meridians and organs; the accurate diagnosis of body meridians; the rational use of ＇Zi wu liu zhu＇; the critical combination of channel ushering drug and acupuncture.
