基于标本理论运用经方治疗妇科急症体会

摘　　要：辨方证是辨证的尖端,临证治疗妇科急症常采用审症求因、因人制宜、辨病论治、方证对应等综合辨治思路来遣方用药。文章结合中医经典理论及临床实践,通过分析经行腹痛、崩漏、妊娠浸淫疮3则代表性验案,阐明基于标本理论运用经方治疗妇科急症的重要意义。发现基于《黄帝内经》标本理论分别从治病求本、急则治标缓则治本、标本同治3个方面,运用经方或合方、或转方、或守方治疗妇科急症,疗效显著,可为妇科急症的治疗提供参考,因此,运用"审症-辨人(体质)-诊病-识证"四位一体的诊治思维模式,基于标本理论运用经方治疗妇科急症,值得深入探讨及倡导。The differentiation of the formula-syndrome was the essence of the syndrome-differentiation theory. We treat gynaecological acute diseases with the theory of manifestation and root cause and application of classical prescriptions, from seeking for the cause of the symptoms, and treatment chosen according to the variability of an individual, and treatments based on diseases differentiation, and prescriptions corresponding to syndromes. By organizing 3 proven cases of dysmenorrhea, metrorrhagia and pregnancy acute eczema, closely combining classical theories and clinical practice, the author demonstrates the importance of application of classical prescriptions in treating gynaecological acute diseases based on theroy of manifestation and root cause. Based on theroy of manifestation and root cause from Huangdi Neijing, applicating classical prescriptions to treat gynaecological acute diseases from searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment, or treating secondary symptoms for emergency and treatment of chronic disease aiming at the principal aspect, or treat both the incidental and fundamental aspects,which provides a new idea to treat gynaecological acute diseases. Application of classical prescriptions in treating gynaecological acute diseases based on theroy of manifestation and root cause is feasible with the diagnosis and treatment model of symptoms analysis-patients（physique） distinguish-disease diagnosis-type judgment, which is worth learning and reference.
