摘　　要：Epstein-Barr病毒(EBV)可感染95%以上的世界人口,与多种人类疾病尤其是恶性肿瘤密切相关,目前实验和临床还未有彻底清除EBV的方法。数年来,中医药实验和临床研究显示63种中药复方和单药,59种中药活性成分分别具有抑制EBV DNA复制,EA、EBNA1、EBNA2、LMP1等抗原表达;影响抗体和细胞因子产生,抑制EBV转化力和异型淋巴细胞数量;通过EBV靶点抑制EBV阳性肿瘤细胞生长,诱导细胞凋亡等方面的作用。随着中药研究的深入开展,将会有越来越多的中药或其活性成分有效地应用于抗EBV感染及相关疾病的治疗。Epstein-Barr virus（EBV） can infect more than 95% population in the world, which is closely related to a variety of human diseases, especially malignant tumor. However, there is no method to eliminate EBV thoroughly in experiments and clinics. In recent years, TCM experiments and clinical studies show that 63 kinds of Chinese herbal compounds, single Chinese drugs and 59 kinds of active constituents have the effects of inhibiting DNA replication of EBV and expression of antigens of EA, EBNA1, EBNA2, LMP1 as well. They could affect the production of antibody and cytokine, inhibite EBV transformation and the number of atypical lymphocytes. They could also inhibit the growth of EBV positive tumor cells and induce apoptosis by targeting the virus respectively. With the further development of traditional Chinese medicine research, more and more Chinese herb or active constituents will be effectively applied to the treatment of anti-EBV infection and related diseases.
