摘 要:针对无功控制的电路会出现电流过零点畸变的问题,以及开关过程中实际损耗非常大等问题,提出一种光伏并网逆变器有源滤波器的混合调制模式。文中综合性的对比单极和双极调制模式的特性,包括开关动作、谐波电流和实际效率等方面的因素,研究和设计结合两种方式的混合调制模式,实现过零点的平滑过渡。将3 k W单相非隔离型光伏并网逆变器作为研究和实验的平台,检验所提调制模式的并网电流情况。实验结果显示所提模式综合了单极双极的优势,在光伏并网系统有很好的适用性。For the problems of current zero crossing distortion appeared in the reactive power control circuit and the actual loss is very big in switching process, this paper proposes a hybrid photovoltaic grid inverter modulation mode active filter. The text takes a feature comparison of unipolar and bipolar modulation mode comprehensively, including the switching factor, harmonic current and the actual terms of efficiency, studies and designs a hybrid modulation mode combining the above two methods, to achieve a smooth transition through zero. Here takes a 3 k W non-isolated single phase photovoltaic inverter as a platform for research and experimentation, testing the proposed modulation mode's grid-connection situation. Experimental results show that the proposed model combines the advantages of unipolar and bipolar modulation mode, and has good applicability in the photovoltaic grid-connected system.
