摘  要:水平油水两相流在石油、化工工业中广泛存在,其过程参数的实时测量,对于指导和控制工业生产过程有重大意义。针对单一传感器很难对油水混合流中的油相流量进行准确测量,采用卡尔曼估计理论,将电导传感器与差压传感器的测量信息相融合,实现了油相流量的测量;针对实际工业过程中,油水并非均匀混合,对电导测量模型进行修正,进一步的实验结果表明,修正后的模型提高了油相流量的测量精度。The oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal pipe is widely existed in the petroleum industry and chemical industry, and the real time measurement of the process parameters is of great significance for guiding and controlling the process of industrial production. In order to resolve the problem that a single sensor is difficult to accurately measure the oil phase flow of oil-water mixture flow, using the Kalman estimation theory, the measurement information of the conductance sensor and pressure sensor is fused to realize the measurement of oil phase flow; in the actual industrial process, the water and oil are not evenly mixed, a method of revising the measurement model of the conductance sensor is proposed and further experimental results show that, the modified model improves the measurement accuracy of the oil phase flow.
