摘  要:针对决策信息为直觉模糊数且属性信息之间存在相互关系的多属性决策问题,首先基于阿基米德范数和Heronian平均,提出一种新的广义直觉模糊Heronian平均(GIFHM)算子;其次,详细探讨了GIFHM算子的几种常见形式,同时引入广义直觉模糊加权Heronian平均(GIFWHM)算子;同时,对GIFHM算子的一些基本性质进行了深入研究;进一步,基于GIFWHM算子构建一种新的直觉模糊多属性决策方法,该决策方法不仅能够有效地捕获输入决策信息之间的相互联系,还使得决策者能够依据自身的风险偏好态度选择不同的参数进行决策。最后,通过实例分析对提出的决策方法进行可行性和有效性验证。With respect to the multi-attribute decision making(MADM) problems in which the attribute values are in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and attribute information are associated with each other, based on the Archimedean norm and Heronian mean, a generalized intuitionistic fuzzy Heronian mean(GIFHM) operator is investigated. Then, some special cases of the GIFHM operator are discussed and the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Heronian mean(GIFWHM) operator is introduced. The properties of the GIFHM operator are further studied in detail. In addition, a novel MADM method based on GIFWHM operator is developed, which can capture the interrelationships among the input decision making information and enable the decision maker to select different parameters to make decision in accordance with their own risk preference attitudes. In the end, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
