摘  要:刚果(金)某铜钴矿氧化率高、可浮性差异大、尤其是钴的回收率偏低,通过多年来的技术研究,依据刚果(金)氧化铜钴矿的性质特点及成矿规律,开发出浮选—磁选联合工艺流程,相比单纯浮选工艺,铜回收率提高5%以上,钴回收率提高15%~20%,为该地区氧化铜钴矿的开发利用提供了新的技术方案。In the Congo( DRC),a copper-cobalt ore has a high oxidation rate and a large difference in floatability. In particular,the recovery rate of cobalt is low. Based on years of technical research and the characteristics of the DRC Ore formation rules,developing floatation-magnetic combination process,and compared to the simple flotation process,the copper recovery rate could be increased by 5%,cobalt recovery rate could be increased by 15-20%,which provids a new technical solutions for the development and use of copper oxide cobalt ore in the region.
