摘  要:湖北某公司采用澳斯麦特熔炼法炼铜,从沉降炉外排的炉渣中铜的主要存在形式是硫化铜,其次为少量的金属铜,还有微量的氧化铜、易溶铜盐和其它铜。铜矿物嵌布粒度细且不均匀,呈粒状、浸染状、星点状分布。通过缓冷工艺、磨矿和浮选药剂等的试验研究,确定了两段磨矿分级后进行铜浮选的原则流程,并在原诺兰达炉渣磨浮生产工艺基础上进行技术改造。澳斯麦特炉渣选铜多年生产实践的结果表明,当原渣品位1.152%时,获得的精矿品位19.31%,尾矿品位0.243%,选铜回收率79.91%,生产实践取得成功。The main form of copper in Ausmelt smelting slag is copper sulfide; the others are a small amount of metal copper,trace copper oxide,soluble copper salt and other copper. The grain size is fine and uneven,and existent forms are granular,disseminated and star-dotted. The copper flotation process was determined based on the investigation of slow cooling process,grinding and flotation reagents. Technical renovation was carried on the former Noranda furnace slag grinding process. The production results of several years show that when the original slag grade is 1. 152%,the reclaimed ore grade is 19. 31%,the tailings grade is 0. 243%,and the copper recovery rate is 79. 91%. The production practice is successful.
