摘  要:LLC谐振变换技术以其能够在全负载范围内实现软开关而受到广泛关注。采用LLC谐振变换拓扑,通过微控制器TMS32F10x实现对电源系统的数字控制,基于CAN总线通讯实现电源模块间的实时通信,从而实现并联电源系统的无主从并联均流。通过对试验样机的测试,电源模块实现了零电压开关(ZVS),并采用同步整流技术减小了电源的损耗;基于CAN总线实现了电源模块间的实时通信,通过数字控制实现了并联系统的无主从均流,且试验结果表明,两电源模块的均流误差小于2%,取得了良好的均流效果。On account of soft switch can be achieved at full range load, LLC resonant technology have been paid much attention.Converters that adopt LLC technology,with a micro-control unit named TMS32F10x, manage to achieve digital control.And communication among the converter modules can be realized by CAN bus.On this basis,no master- and-slave parallel current sharing is realized.To verify the theory, two LLC resonant converter models is produced, soft switch of the power switches is realized.Besides,the power supply loss is reduced through synchronous rectifier tech- nology.Based on CAN Bus,real time communication among the converter modules is realized,and good parallel cur- rent sharing is realized by means of digital control.According to the result,the current sharing sensitivity is less than 2% ,favorable current-sharing feature is acquired.
